World Language teachers have the opportunity to use DEI to bring global connectedness to the world language classroom, while engaging in strategies that show how to use novels to introduce DEI from novice-mid to intermediate-mid levels. In this session, participants will reflect on their existing curriculum (units and themes) to brainstorm how and where to add DEI.
